You probably already noticed that the "normal" approaches to healing haven't been working for you.

This is because your body is overwhelmed. The general advice doesn't work. Adding more healing modalities, more coaching, more supplements, more exercise etc... is going to backfire. Less is more...

This is one of the most common mistakes I see people who are looking to heal from chronic conditions make. 

An understandable mistake, because we want to heal and we want to achieve it as fast as we can. In haste to heal we end up trying too many things, often all at once. 

But unfortunately, when the body is overwhelmed healing will also increase the allostatic load.

That’s why it’s important to carefully select what type of support you will stick to first. Once more stability is in place, your body will be able to receive other treatments and the treatments will finally work. 

It’s of the utmost importance to choose support from someone who knows to titrate the work, so that your system can take it in productively.
