🌺 Check the flower outside the window. 

🐾 Feel the green grass under your feet.

🏞️ Look at the beautiful painting on the wall. 

☀️ Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. 

When things get too much internally or even in your relationship dynamics. 

Use your external resources. 

Problems can wait a bit longer to be resolved. 

Health symptoms can take a little back seat in your awareness and you can just breathe and BE for a little while…
